At this pposition at an international startup we were working hard to create a data analyst software for megaprojects. My role included UX and UI tasks, handing over files for the developer team, creating presentations and developing the company website.

I was working as an in-house designer at an international organization which allowed me to improve my skills in project management, time management, problem-solving and communicating my ideas effectively. I was responsible for designing all the materials required by the office that included promotional items, flyers, posters, banners, handbooks and report books.

Besides my duties at the university, I gained working experience at a company that specializes in sticker printing, vehicle wrapping and graphics. I am a long-time member of a youth organization in Romania and we organize different events together, such as amateur theatrical events, conferences, musical festivals and summer camps for children.
I am usually responsible for the visual appearance of these events such as painting banners, creating outdoor designs and taking photographs of the programs. From these experiences, I have expanded on my team-working skills and gained leadership, time-management, and project management competencies.
